Responsible sourcing

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/821, the Company has implemented a due diligence system to ensure responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG).

Our system is based on the OECD Guidelines and includes:

Management system (Art. 4):
– Responsible sourcing policy
– Internal supply chain manager
– Systematic collection of information on suppliers

Risk management (Art. 5):
– Country risk assessment
– Evaluation of the foundries used
– Mitigation procedure in case of critical issues

Control (art. 6):
– The Company favors suppliers who source from foundries subject to internationally recognized audits

Transparency (art. 7):
– This information is updated annually
